I’m sure that any one of us can sit down at the computer and pound out a letter or document on Microsoft Word. When necessary, you could likely create a simple spreadsheet from Microsoft Excel. Powerpoint is such a fun tool that if you haven’t played with it, I highly recommend it. Access, at least for me is a different animal all together.
The Microsoft Office Suite
As an uneducated user it was like using a construction crane to build a sand castle. My first Microsoft Office training opened my eyes to the true beauty and power of Microsoft Office. Believe it or not, Microsoft Office suite is really bundled together for many more reasons than a convenient marketing ploy.
Through Microsoft Office training, I discovered that - working as an integrated unit - almost any computer-oriented task can be accomplished effectively and efficiently. The things that can be done using Microsoft to further your career and make your tasks easier will amaze and delight you!
What Do You Mean?
Imagine organizing a Christmas party with your present experience and knowledge. Searching through telephone books, buying, addressing, and sending invitations by hand, putting on a staff skit for entertainment; these things will take endless hours and will have to be repeated next year.
With Microsoft Office training you can import the guest list and addresses into a personally designed invitation, schedule the venue with the help of Outlook and prepare an entertaining presentation on Powerpoint. Then, next year, 70% of the work is already done. Imagine the difference Microsoft Office training can make in your career!
